What I'm trying to do
Find first 30 real users for Thruwise, which I just launched.
My situation
Built solo, zero existing audience, no warm network in indie maker scene, EU-based (Poland). Just published the launch tweet.
What I already tried
Posted on X (under 100 followers), browsed Indie Hackers without engaging much yet.
Looking for someone who has been through
Someone who launched a B2B or community product solo, without a pre-existing audience, and got to first 30 users.
What I want to learn
What channels actually worked at very early stage, and what wasted time.
The decision I need to make
Whether to keep doing 1:1 outreach to indie makers, or shift focus to writing in public on X and Indie Hackers.
