Get first wave of engaged users to a community-style product (Thruwise).
My situation
0 users at launch. Product targets indie makers and solo founders with specific business problems.
What I already tried
One launch tweet, no other distribution yet.
Looking for someone who has been through
Someone who launched a community or social platform from zero without ads — Indie Hackers, Polywork, Read.cv, smaller niche communities.
What I want to learn
Real account of weeks 1-4 — what to do, what to avoid.
The decision I need to make
Whether early growth should be content-led (writing) or community-led (DMs to specific founders).
